Annual ticket subscription is the name of AFC's new venture. You don't buy for a whole year at a time, but you have the subscription for as long as you want, without having to think about renewal and deadlines.


Here are the advantages of being an Annual Pass subscription


During the months without matches, you will receive, among other things:

    Keep your place for the next season. You don't risk losing your seat. Free entry to practice matches. Swedish Cup matches.

How do I order an Annual Pass subscription?

Follow the same steps as when you buy a ticket or an annual pass.


How do I use my Season Ticket subscription for matches?


After you have purchased an Annual Pass subscription, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and/or SMS depending on the information you provided when ordering. When you arrive at the match, you must show the QR code on your ticket. You can choose to open the email or SMS on your mobile, download the digital ticket in Wallet, use the Ticketco Wallet app or take a physical copy as a PDF with you.

• How often do I have to change the QR code?


Your QR code is always the same. You only need to use a different QR code when you end your subscription and start over. If you should lose your QR code, contact inf@afc-eskilstuna.se and we will help you.


Binding period and termination


• How long do I commit to?


Every time you sign up for a subscription, you commit for 6 months.


• How long is the subscription active upon cancellation?


Annual pass subscription has a minimum duration of six months from the date of purchase. Upon cancellation of the Annual Pass subscription, the subscription will be terminated according to the following rules:


    During the binding period: The date when the subscription becomes invalid = date of purchase 6 months - 1 day After the binding period: The date when the subscription becomes invalid = next payment date - 1 day

My commitment period has ended and I want to cancel my Annual Pass subscription. How do I do that?

    Press this link: https://ticketco.events/se/svClick on "Find your purchased tickets". Enter the phone number and email address registered on your Annual Pass subscription. You will receive a link that you can click on .A new tab will open, and here you can end your subscription.

Pricing and Payment


We have an affordable monthly fee that is easy to manage. You don't have to pay a large sum every year; this is spread over the year, and you choose how long you want to subscribe. Here are the prices:


    Annual card subscription adult: SEK 110/month Annual card subscription pensioner/student: SEK 85/month

Is it possible to pay by credit card?


When you start your subscription, you can pay with either a credit card or regular Visa card.


Is it possible to pay for a full year in advance?


It is not possible to pay for a full year in advance. You pay the monthly fee continuously.


When is the money withdrawn?


When you take out a subscription with Viking, you will be charged directly. You will then be billed on the same date each month.


When do I start paying for the subscription?


You start paying for the subscription as soon as you have signed the agreement and entered your card. Thereafter, the payment is deducted on the same date each month.


How do I change my payment card for my Annual Card subscription?

    Click on "Find your purchased tickets" (found on the right when using a computer and in the drop-down menu when using a mobile). Enter the e-mail address registered on your Annual Pass subscription. You will receive a link via e-mail that takes you to a website where all your purchases are displayed. Select the "Your subscriptions" tab. Here you will find a summary of the subscriptions you have taken out, and there is a quick link to update the payment card (see image below).

Change the payment date for the subscription


• If you have an unfavorable payment date, you as a customer can change this date on the "Your Subscriptions" page. You do this by clicking on "Change payment date".


• Please note that if you try to select a date back in time, you will automatically be drawn.


Can the price be changed?


• Prices can both fall and rise. But you as a customer will always be informed in good time what the price will be.
